We accept all major cards. The pad lock in the website address bar means we have a super secure checkout. You can also make quick secure payments through PayPal. If you want to pay with card, click on the cart and go to the checkout page.


We will be shipping orders like normal, using Royal Mail. As this is an unprecedented time, please do allow more time to receive orders. 3-7 working days

All orders will be shipped off using standard delivery.

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping in the UK: 

  • Standard shipping (non-tracked)
  • Standard tracked
  • Next Day 

Shipping outside of the UK:

  • If you are based in a European country please select "EU Tracked shipping"
  • If you are based elsewhere please select "UPS Worldwide tracked" shipping

All tracked shipping will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We are a company based in London, so it is essential that you select the correct shipping method when checking out.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2-4 business days.
  • COVID UPDATE: Royal Mail have delayed shipments to high rate area's. this means that some orders to some parts of the UK will have a longer shipping time
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • If you are outside of the UK shipping will be between 10-20 days

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over £60 will receive free shipping.
  • Orders under £60 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Working Days are classed as Monday-Friday (excluding public & bank holidays)

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will not resend products to customers that have provided an incorrect address, it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct Delivery address.

Claims are not valid after 14 days from the day of the purchase.

It is the customers responsibility to patch test all products before use on your face or hair. Patch tests are carried out on a small section of your hand (not palms) – if irritation occurs discontinue use and rinse section with water.
